HOW TO USE
1. Enter MYNECOEXAMS website by clicking here or visit www.mynecoexams.com
2. From the Homepage, Locate the Menu "Our Exams" and Click on the Link "NCEE"
3. Enter the Scratch Card PIN and Card Serial No then Click on the button "Start Registration"
4. Follow the instructions on the portal to complete your e-registration or visit a registration centre
